Welcome to npsBench! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services. By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

1. Service Overview

npsBench provides company reports based on available public Google and Tripadvisor ratings and review samples, alongside a separate market benchmark index. Users confirm the business listings used in their report. Provider coverage and data completeness vary.

The estimated NPS is derived from star ratings and is not a direct survey NPS. Combined scores give each provider with a complete rating breakdown equal weight. Customer themes use sampled written reviews. Company-report historical scenarios and projections are modeled, not measured changes. Market benchmarks currently use Google-based data.

2. Free and Full Reports

The free report includes the estimated score, rating breakdown and available source views. A one-time payment unlocks all widgets for the selected report. This is not a time-limited trial or a subscription.

Your company report is a dated snapshot. Automatic refreshes, recurring review collection and future reports are not included. The separate market index publishes monthly benchmarks where data are available.

3. Payment and Delivery

The price displayed at checkout applies to the selected report. Prices are in Canadian dollars; other currency amounts are estimates. Stripe processes payment. We do not store card numbers or security codes.

After payment confirmation, retrieving and analyzing review data may take a few minutes. We email you when the full report is ready. Availability of individual data points depends on the sources; unavailable data are identified rather than invented.

4. Refunds and Support

Change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered once the full report has been made available. If preparation fails or you notice a billing problem, contact support. This policy does not limit rights under applicable law.

There is no recurring subscription to cancel. To request deletion of your report and associated personal information, contact support@npsbench.com. Some records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of npsBench, you agree:

• Not to misuse or abuse the service.
• To keep your report access link private and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• To use the service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable data, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the insights provided. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Changes to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. Any changes to the terms will be posted here, and continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Montreal, Quebec.
