Beginning in June 2026, npsBench will expand its data collection to six new countries:

- Netherlands
- Belgium
- United Arab Emirates
- Qatar
The expansion broadens our international benchmark coverage and provides a stronger foundation for comparing Net Promoter Scores across markets.
For companies with an international footprint, this means access to more locally relevant benchmarks instead of relying on broader regional or global comparisons alone. It also improves our ability to detect country-level patterns as our dataset continues to grow.
As with every market we cover, benchmark reporting will be based on sufficient data volume to maintain consistency and reliability.
This is another step in the ongoing expansion of NPSBench's global benchmarking coverage.
